NEXT Consulting Group PR Inc, will take care of the onsite weekend service for monitoring and troubleshooting batch processes for Telefónica.
The team of NEXT Puerto Rico
It will be in charge of the monitoring and control of the daily operations of the Bank's Computer Center in 24x2 mode, making diagnoses of the operations in the systems to provide an adequate follow-up of the problems that could interrupt the normal operation of the Bank.
