NEXT COMPUTER SERVICES, is a Business Consulting and Information Technology company that combines technology and methodology at the service of people and organizations, recognizing QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE as the basic support of its Business Management Policy and establishing the general principles that must inspire the application of said policy, with a focus towards the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the implemented Management System.
Scope of services:
Consulting, design and development of software applications, configuration and operation in information and communication technologies.
The NEXT Quality Policy is aimed at achieving the Quality Objectives, involving all levels of the Company in Quality management, reaching from the Management to all the people who work in it, for this it adopts the commitment to apply the following decisions:
- Determine the internal and external stakeholders that are relevant to the quality management system and meet its requirements, as well as understand the context of the organization and determine the opportunities and risks of the organization as the basis for action planning to address, assume or treat them.
- Continuously improve the quality of the services offered to our clients and our internal processes.
- To constantly provide services that meet the requirements of our clients and regulatory requirements.
- Train employees to carry out their work more efficiently and practically with the latest information and communication technologies
- Offer solutions to our clients that contribute to the development and growth of their businesses through flexibility that allows them to choose the level of service they need within the technological environment they use and working with them to understand their vision and business strategy.
- Promote values in our staff that make them work with the security and commitment necessary to build successful projects.
- Improve internal management, preventing and avoiding non-conformities and quality deficiencies
- Instill a philosophy of work in our team that serves as a guide in the provision of the service we perform because we understand that the value of a job well done, satisfied customers and motivated staff are the pillars of our success.
- Delegate to the Quality Manager the functions and responsibilities to maintain, manage and verify the Quality System implemented.
In relation to the Quality Policy and objectives and the up-to-date implementation and maintenance of the Quality System, NEXT Management strives so that each worker in the company is the Quality Manager of their work, given that we consider that "QUALITY IS ACHIEVED BY CARRYING OUT EACH ACTIVITY AND NOT BY CARRYING OUT SUBSEQUENT CONTROLS".
